Collaboration welcome — microscope endodontics by referral

Practice Limited to Endodontics

Dr. Alicja Dziedzicka's practice operates as a Practice Limited to Endodontics — specialising exclusively in microscope root canal treatment. We do not provide general dental or prosthetic care. After completing endodontic treatment, the patient returns to the referring dentist for coronal restoration. The collaboration model is simple: you refer, we treat the canals, and the patient returns to you for the final restoration.

Scope of Treatment

Diagnostics

  • Prognosis assessment prior to treatment
  • Pain of unknown origin (differential diagnosis)
  • Vertical root fracture (VRF) and crack diagnosis

Primary and Retreatment

  • First-time root canal treatment
  • Retreatment (re-endo)
  • Anatomically complex cases

Foreign Body Removal

  • Removal of separated instruments from canals
  • Post and core removal
  • Removal of foreign bodies (e.g., Lentulo spirals, paste fragments)

Perforations and Open Apices

  • MTA perforation repair
  • MTA apical closure for open apices
  • Apexification
  • Revascularisation

Trauma and Resorption

  • Dental trauma — endodontic management
  • Replantation
  • Internal resorption
  • External resorption

Equipment

Carl Zeiss Extaro 300 microscope with 8–21× magnification. Every procedure under rubber dam isolation. Rotary NiTi instrumentation. Irrigation protocol: NaOCl, EDTA, ultrasonic activation. Digital RVG and CBCT diagnostics on-site or based on provided imaging.

Collaboration Process

A written referral with diagnosis and expected scope of treatment is preferred. The entire canal system of one tooth is treated as a single unit — we do not split treatment by individual canals. After completing endodontic treatment, the patient returns to the referring dentist for coronal restoration. Definitive restoration within 2–4 weeks of completed root canal treatment is recommended — delay increases the risk of VRF and reinfection.
